I would start off by saying not all agents are made equal. We had worked with another agent before we were referred to Sirisha by some close friends. Since we were buying our first home, we were apprehensive about the whole process. We weren’t too impressed with our previous agent so we decided to give Sirisha a shot. Right from our first meeting with her, when she explained the entire purchase process in painstaking detail, we knew we were in good hands. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and introduced her to my sister who was selling her home in Saratoga. Sirisha helped with that sale as well!

I started working with Sirisha in 2010 and had an excellent experience working with her through the process of buying the home, that lasted over a year.  She hung in and guided us throughout the process, displaying unmatched professional integrity, knowledge, drive and consistent hard work. We bought our investment property through our realtor Sirisha Sinha. I just wanted to share our experience with her. I really liked her style of working. She helped us in narrowing our locations and also helped us choosing the condo over a town home in Union city (same price range). After we identified the potential property she was very efficient and moved forward very fast and was available for all the questions personally, over the phone and in email.

Our experience with our loan agent was not great this time but Sirisha kept us and the loan agent on track by reminding us about the loan deadlines etc. She had to negotiate with the Selling Agent and the Bank as we could not meet the deadline of closing and she did all this with ease. She is well versed in Short Sales , Foreclosures and Bank Owned properties. The property we bought was a Bank Owned one and the timelines and terms were very different from buying though a seller.

We could buy the home so quickly (taking the decision and actually buying) because of her.
